PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the national regulation regarding personal data protection, and particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – applicable from 25th May 2018 – you are hereby notified that any personal data provided by you voluntarily and under no obligation, to NAECO S.L., shall be incorporated into a personal data file owned by NAECO S.L., with registered address at Polígono Industrial La Florida, Parcela 45 33950 Sotrondio (Asturias), Spain. Likewise, with this document, you hereby consent unequivocally to NAECO S.L. processing your personal data with the purpose of sustaining and managing the contractual relationship and/or providing services that link you to NAECO S.L., as well as to maintain informative communications with you, with your consent provided herein constituting the legal basis of said processing.
NAECO S.L. commits to keep any personal data provided confidentially, and to fulfil the required security measures in order to avoid the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access of said data. Likewise, you are hereby informed that your personal data shall not be subject to international transfer, nor shall it be transferred to third parties except through legal obligation, or, in any case, following the information and request for your express consent to do so, with the exception of cases in which it is not obtained as the service provision given by NAECO S.L. necessarily requires contact with third party files.
Finally, you are informed that you have the right to access, rectify, delete (including the right to oblivion), limit, transfer, oppose processing, and to not be subject to individualised decisions. These rights may be exercised by writing, free of charge, to NAECO S.L., registered at Polígono Industrial La Florida, Parcela 45 33950 Sotrondio (Asturias), Spain, for the attention of the Data Controller.
NAECO S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with possible legal variations, with said changes being introduced with sufficient notice in order to comply with personal data protection regulations as well as with the criteria adopted and followed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
SERVICES OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY AND E-COMMERCE ACT (LSSI)
In turn, your personal data may also be used to develop commercial duties and promotional or advertising activities, as well as to send commercial notifications electronically or via equivalent means. With regards to said commercial notifications, by virtue of the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of the LSSI, you must provide your express consent by ticking the “Accept” box, when, via any kind of form, NAECO S.L. requests your personal details, such as your e-mail address, in order to send you commercial or advertising notifications.
Moreover, in the event that you wish to revoke your consent provided to be sent commercial notifications, you must write an e-mail to NAECO S.L., at info@naeco.com, stating your wish to stop receiving commercial notifications via e-mail or similar.
